How do I use the app?

Open the app, tap Session to turn your iPhone or iPad screen into a soft red ambient light, choose a duration and focus area, and press Start session. Browse the Protocols tab for general educational routines for skin glow, muscle & joint recovery, sleep wind-down, hair density, and more. Use the Photos tab to track changes privately on your device, and unlock the AI Coach with Pro for personalized weekly plans, AI photo insights, and chat guidance.

Is this medical advice?

No. The App provides general educational information about red-light wellness routines only. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. If you also use a real red-light panel, follow the manufacturer's manual and wear the eyewear it came with. Consult a qualified clinician for any health concern.

How does RedLight Pro work?

RedLight Pro unlocks the AI Personalized Plan, AI Photo Analysis, RedLight Coach AI chat, progress insights, and PDF session reports. It is an auto-renewing subscription, available as Monthly (with a 1-week free trial) or Yearly. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → RedLight Pro → Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period. Your Pro features will continue until the end of the current paid period.

How do I restore a previous purchase?

Open the app, tap Settings → Restore Purchases (or open the paywall and tap Restore Purchases). Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you used for the original purchase. Subscriptions tied to your Apple Account are restored automatically.

How do I request a refund?

All in-app purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account.

The screen light is too dim or too bright. What should I do?

• Open Session, increase the Intensity slider, and turn off your iOS auto-brightness in iOS Settings → Display & Brightness during the session.
• Adjust the Hue slider toward deep red for a calmer light, or amber for a sleep-friendly tone.
• Lower or higher screen brightness in iOS Control Center will also affect the output.

The AI Coach or AI Photo Analysis is unavailable.

• Check your internet connection.
• Make sure RedLight Pro is active. If you just purchased Pro, tap Restore Purchases.
• If the issue persists, email us with a screenshot, your iOS version, and app version.

Is my data private?

Yes. We do not collect personal data, accounts, identifiers, or analytics. Photos in your Photo Timeline stay on your device. The only data sent to our AI provider (Google Gemini) is the prompt or photo you submit when you use an AI feature. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I delete my data?

The app does not store any personal data on our servers. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored sessions, photos, and preferences from your device.

RedLight Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed by Apple. Title: RedLight Pro. Length: 1 month (with 1-week free trial) or 1 year. Renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Compliance

The app is not distributed in mainland China. Outside China, the app uses one third-party AI service (Google Gemini) for AI features. For details, see the Privacy Policy.
